I love every moment I get to spend with these two girls. They are so sweet and they always keep me laughing!

Words can not express how completely in {LOVE} I am with not only this couple but this session. It was filled with everything I love to photograph. Laughter, love and emotion. I am THRILLED to do their wedding next AUGUST!

I must admit I am not very good at keeping up with my blog! I guess working full time and having a fulltime business might have something to do with that! However here is an image our Michelle and Joe's summer engagement session that I took today. We broke there session up between winter and summer which is an idea that I love! We had a great time today and we beat that rain which is awesome!

BIG NEWS!!

Most of you that know my know that I have a passion for my business. Every Bride and Groom, family, child, expecting mother, or senior that walks through my doors, sends me an email or gives me a call my heart goes out to them. I want nothing more then to help them and to capture those timeless moments. When I started this business with the help of husband I always knew that I was meant to do this. From that moment I have always dreamed of greatness for myself. Having a fully functional studio. Being in a place that my clients could come into and relax. Not to mention, a nice and welcoming meeting place for my clients to go through there proofs and orders.

Most of you know that I currently have a studio that I run out of my home. It small however it was perfect for me just starting out. However, i feel that I have grown out of it. I want something fun and trendy to really be able to separate myself a bit from the business. Not to mention it will be so much easier for my family to take my clients out of my home. Plus I know my clients are going to LOVE IT too and my husband can finally get his "man cave" back! Due to the fact I work full-time at UMR this is going to make the transition a little easier when I decide to go full time into the photography. I was not exactly looking for a change right now, however Heather and I went lunch one day and feel in love with a cute space down town and then we started looking... did lots of talking to our family and decided after many pros and cons list that this was the right step for us. We knew if we did this together we could not fail.

Tonight I signed the lease, with my dearest friend Heather from Heather Kessler Photography, on a HUGE studio in downtown Wausau. It's everything I've ever dreamt about, and I'm sooo beyond excited about this. You have no idea!! We fell into a studio that an amazing photographer used for 17 years, Kirk Fleischauer Photography. Thank you to Kirk for the awesome opportunity, and our realtor Terry! The greatest thing about this is we don't have a lot of work to do on our 3200+ square foot studio. We want to freshen up the paint and refinish the floors to match our style, but other than that the building is ready to go.

Are you changing anything about your business? Are you combining your business with Heather Kessler Photography? Nothing is changing about our business other than the location. We are still the same photographers offering the same services just in the same location. We aren't combining our business with Heather Kessler Photography, we are just sharing the huge space!!

When will the new studio open? Where it's located? The studio is located at 312 Washington Street Wausau, WI. The studio is in the historic downtown Wausau, and we have an opening planned for June 1st!

I'm very excited about the changes that are on the way, and I can't wait to share all of our plan with this new studio. I'm thankful for my supportive husband Bob, my wonderful family and friends, my awesome friend Heather and not last but not least my CLIENTS!!

Ashley & Eric Winter E Session

I had an amazing time with Ashley and Eric. This was the second session with this lovely couple. They wanted to do a two part session one in the summer and the the other one in the winter. I loved this idea as much as I love the love that they have for each other! Can not wait for your wedding in August!
